No experience needed because of the AR glasses, which automatically analyzes the input (considered building) and mark problem areas (wet spots, lacking ceiling... ) that have to be repaired or further investigate. Furthermore, an autonomous database provides more reliable estimates of the building and mark defects and other conspicuousness.
